This commercial space is located in the Portela Shopping Center, in Moscavide - Lisbon.
Our role was to design a new space based on a functional and minimalist concept.
The particularity of this store is that it had very high ceilings, which allowed us to create a mezzanine to make a pantry and a reserved office.
The space was left with great spaciousness and light.

The ground floor consists of 5 workstations and a waiting area. As this is a commercial space, we used materials resistant to high traffic, such as roll vinyl for the flooring. The other materials used were designed to be easy to maintain and, in terms of finishes, sober and light colors and textures were chosen. The artificial lighting in this store was designed so that the circuits were programmable and could be used individually.

We created and designed a storage and filing cabinet with straight, simple lines and a light gray matt lacquered finish. Between the furniture, we inserted a vertical garden to bring a bit of nature and freshness into the room. This vertical garden has been made a highlight by the use of indirect LED lighting.

As this is a travel agency, we installed five clocks with the local time of certain capital cities. This work was done in PVC with a matt black finish. The visitor chairs chosen are yellow to match one of the colors used in the brand's logo.

The hanging lamp is the piece of this project. Inspired by travel and made with miniature airplanes attached with fishing line to a mesh base. This lamp is 1.00 m in diameter and is illuminated by an LED strip.

The store's main window was extended in width (demolition of a wall) and height (removal of advertising banners). The aim of these changes was to ensure that the interior of the store was clearly visible through the windows, particularly with regard to communication and advertising elements.
Two screens supported by a vertical pole were placed in the window and on the floor. These elements provide additional communication and advertising of content related to the business.

The secondary window is made up of two openings. One of them was left open and the other was covered in opaque vinyl with a composition of images alluding to the business. This image was cut out for use as a screen. This digital element was also suspended from the ceiling and communicates travel-related content to the outside of the store.
