Open Space
This process was carried out with our client from a distance and deserved our full commitment, because when he returned to Portugal, his apartment would have to live up to his expectations.
The social area of the apartment was the target of an intervention in terms of spatial reorganization, namely the opening up of the common room to the kitchen.

All the window frames were changed. We applied a floating vinyl floor and introduced air conditioning.
The kitchen was redesigned and tailored to our client's needs. The finishes used were lacquered in light gray tones, natural wood and, finally, Silestone Calacatta Gold worktops and linings on a white background with gray veins and small shades of gold glitter.

Along the same lines as the kitchen, all the furniture in the common room was finished with the same materials. In this way, we achieved a coherent and balanced atmosphere. The touches of color in this room were inspired by a decorative canvas that our client already had and wanted to keep.

The private area of this apartment consists of a suite, two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. All these rooms have been refurbished.
The closets and doors in the apartment have been painted gray. This work was carried out in the early stages of the project, using a spray gun to achieve a quality finish.

In the communal bathroom, we fitted an external sliding door to make better use of the room. We replaced the bathtub (with a shower tray) and the rest of the sanitary equipment. The concept implemented in this space was to create a fresh yet welcoming atmosphere. For this reason, we used ceramic tiles imitating wood on the floor and on two walls, and used a textured mint green ceramic tile on the other two walls.

The round washbasin used in the hanging cabinet was also mint green to match the side walls. We placed a rectangular mirror with indirect lighting on the side and a hanging lamp above the worktop, providing ambient and functional light. The bathroom in the suite was joined to the bedroom, creating a single environment, and the aim was to achieve a modern bathroom, possibly from a hotel or suite, such as The Duke Boutique Suites. The preferred finish was ceramic tiles imitating honed cement. The main wall of this bathroom has been completely covered in mirror, creating a feeling of greater space.

A highlight was the creation of a ceiling around the suite with a remote-controlled RGB LED, so that the color of the light can be different every day.

Finally, in the bedrooms, we wallpapered, made the curtains/blinds to measure and supplied and fitted all the furniture and lighting.
