This was a residential project with the aim of renovating and modernizing the various spaces. The project began with conception and design work, as well as spatial reorganization, particularly in the social areas of the apartment.
The space was divided between the entrance hall, the kitchen and the common room. Our proposal was to make these spaces one and create spaciousness. In the living room there was a fireplace about halfway down the room. As the client didn't want to keep it, we created a shelving area which, at the same time, served as a boundary between the living area and the dining area.
The false ceilings and indirect lighting were designed to highlight certain points in the decor, namely the TV wall and the dining table. The reading area is made up of two armchairs upholstered in a bright, cheerful blue fabric, complemented by two decorative cushions in a floral watercolor fabric with fresh colors. To complete the reading area, we placed a side table and a hanging lamp.
The dining room rug is a real work of art! It looks like a canvas and matches the textures present in the decorative cushions placed on the sofa and armchairs. A piece of art has been added to the TV wall, bringing color and life to the space. A large, brightly colored painting that fits in perfectly with the decor of the space. To embrace this space, we used a discreet wallpaper that conveys comfort and harmony.
The kitchen was intended to be functional and light. As it is connected to the living room, the basic colors are naturally white and grey.
Last but not least, we're talking about the guest bathroom. This is a space where the same color tones were used and we wanted to highlight the washbasin wall. We used a vinyl wallpaper with a detailed checkered texture with relief and a little shine. The mirror's backlight played a key role in highlighting the wallpaper.
The children's room is inspired by cars. With a neutral and tranquil base, we highlight the bed wall where the themed wallpaper has been applied. The furniture was made on a light base and in the child's favorite color, in order to create some contrast and joy in the space.
The shared bathroom was created with a neutral color base. We only highlighted the washbasin wall with a geometric ceramic tile with relief.
The double bedroom is an environment of light, tranquillity, simplicity and harmony. The hanging lamps on the bedside tables were designed to be discreet and localized. The highlight of this space is undoubtedly the wallpaper which, through its natural texture, tranquil colors and geometry, served as the basis for the decorative fabrics.
