"A project that began with the intention of making the old, new!"

The client bought the property and before starting any work on it, he spoke to us and shared his intentions and tastes. We started the work with a spatial reorganization proposal and a 3D project to help our client better visualize the changes the property would undergo.

One of the interesting aspects of this work was the installation of a bioethanol fireplace and, in order to heat the room, we made an interior channel through the wall to the top outlet, which allowed for better heat distribution.

Another aspect that characterizes this work was the creation of a fully customized L-shaped closet, one of whose doors gives access to one of the bedrooms. The wine cellar was designed and produced to be a differentiating element in the kitchen.

This apartment has the advantage of a large terrace with direct access from the dining room. The windows have been designed to be fully open so that we have contact with the outside.
